So I am going to admit that I am not a morning person. Not at all. But I will always get up before the sun to head to an early morning photoshoot! Cassie and Derrill live on a beautiful lake and they seriously lucked out with amazing weather for their family session that morning. The last time I saw this lovely family was for Beau's newborn session back in December and my how this little guy has grown since then! I love how interested in the camera he was this time and how happy he seemed when he was being held by mom and dad. And those chubby cheeks of his! So adorable!

There are so many changes that happen in the first year and I love being able to witness and capture them for families to look back on for years to come. There is no other job I’d rather have, than telling these types of stories. Thank you Cassie and Derrill for trusting me to capture your family's memories.
